The Emotional Ladder
Learning the different levels of the emotional ladder is such a powerful tool to have, when approaching stressful and complicated situations. Once you have these tools, you’re going to feel like you have a new, super power to navigate through the ups and downs of life.
Now that you have a better understanding of the different levels and emotional ladder, let’s learn, and understand better ways to implement them regularly in your life. Click on the worksheet below.
Levels of Femininity
If you want to unlock an entirely new awareness about yourself and how you respond during certain situations, this video is it. We all have different levels of emotions, and once we learn what they are and where they show up in our lives, we have better control over how we show up in life.
Writing a Eulogy
Writing a eulogy to plan out your life might sound a bit unusual, but trust me, it's a powerful and insightful exercise.
By setting goals that align with your values and leaving a positive legacy, you'll find greater joy and purpose in every step of your life's journey. So go ahead, take that pen, and write a eulogy that paints the picture of a life well-lived and a legacy that will be cherished for generations to come. Think of it as a roadmap for your life's journey, a guiding light that keeps you focused and aligned with what truly matters to you.
Once you have this written out, you can start to focus on the things you need to do to take your next steps!
Forgiveness Exercise
Unforgiveness is one of the few burdens you carry entirely alone. The person who hurt you isn't holding it. They've moved on, or they never knew, or they're gone. You're the one still paying interest on a debt they stopped thinking about years ago. It affects you in more ways than you know...in what you won't try, who you won't trust, and how much of your energy goes to a story that already ended.
This video walks through the forgiveness exercise I use, and it's not the one you're expecting. There's no letter you have to send and no conversation you have to have.
God Exercise
"Give it to God" is the most repeated advice in the church and the least explained. Everyone knows they're supposed to. Almost nobody has been shown how, so the worry goes up in a prayer at night and is back in your chest by morning.
The God exercise makes releasing tangible. It takes about ten minutes, one sheet of paper, and a pen.
Trauma Healing
Trauma isn't one thing, and it doesn't announce itself. It shows up as the reaction that felt too big for the moment, the relationship pattern you keep repeating, the thing you can't make yourself do, the tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. Most people don't recognize what they're carrying because they're looking for the memory instead of the symptom.
This video walks through the different types of trauma, how each one tends to surface in daily life, and what working through it actually looks like, plus a mantra for each type that you can use in the moment you get triggered.
Love Exercise
Here's the exercise. Set a timer. Write down every single thing you love; people, places, small things, strange things, things you've never said out loud.
Don't think. Don't organize it. Don't edit. Just write until the timer stops.
Then I'm going to ask you one question about your list.
Most people get it wrong. Not because they weren't paying attention, but because of something they've been doing for so long they stopped noticing they were doing it. I've run this exercise in rooms full of people and watched the same thing happen almost every time... the pause, the reread, the face when it lands.
I'm not going to tell you the question here. It only works if you write the list first.
